The Platform
Jedid company, simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 10,000.00 euros having its registered office at 58 boulevard de Rochechouart in Paris (75018), registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Paris, under number 853 761 161, whose intra-community VAT number is FR47853761161, and whose contact email is:bonjour@jedid.fr, represented by Ms. Hala Djelassi, in her capacity as President, duly authorized for the purposes hereof, and director of the publication of this website www.jedid.ai, hosted by the French company Gandi SAS (www.gandi.net), whose registered office is located at 63-65 boulevard MassΓ©na, 75013 Paris, France.
The Professional
Any user of the Platform, in their capacity as a professional, using the services offered by the latter in order to offer sewing services to the public under the conditions specified below.
The Client
Any user of the Platform, consumer or professional, using the sewing services offered by a Professional under the conditions specified below.
Preamble
The Jedid Platform is based on innovative technology using artificial intelligence to allow Clients to virtually visualize their clothing creations on digital models, and Professionals to access patterns automatically generated from the designs provided. This approach aims to democratize access to unique sewing by optimizing the design and production process.
These general terms and conditions of sale have been established in accordance with articles L111-1 to L111-8 of the Consumer Code and articles L441-1 and L441-2 of the Commercial Code. These are intended to frame the commercial relationship between the Platform and Users, whether they are consumers or professionals, and to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties to this contract.
ARTICLE 1 β Characteristics of the Connection Service
This Site is a platform where any person looking for a tailor can be connected with the Professional of their choice through a connection service offered by the Platform intended for registered Professionals, or obtain information about their respective sewing services.
The Connection Service consists of connecting Professionals and Clients via the Platform through dedicated spaces. The Platform is not and will not become a party to contractual relationships between the Client and the Professional.
ARTICLE 1 BIS β Assisted Creation and Customer Experience
Personalization and Visualization
Clients can describe their ideal garment via the Platform, which then generates a digital visualization based on their description. AI interprets Client requests to produce renderings as faithful as possible, but variations may exist between the generated image and the final garment.
Orders and Validation
Once the model is validated, the Client can choose to place an order directly via the Platform. Clients will be informed if the garment construction is based on a standard pattern adjusted to the selected size and not on artisanal custom-made.
ARTICLE 2 β Characteristics of prices practiced
The prices indicated concerning the offers appearing on the Site may be subject to particular conditions or a limited validity period. Service fees are charged by the Platform to Professionals through the online payment procedure when concluding the sale on the Platform.
ARTICLE 3 β Payment conditions
Payment, which must be made in cash or in the form of a deposit, can be made by using a bank card. The bank cards accepted by the Platform are those that are most used (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, issued by a banking establishment).
ARTICLE 4 β Workshops and relationships between Users
The Site consists of online workshops opened by each of the registered Professionals. These Workshops are materialized by individual pages or spaces on which Professionals can present their sewing services, their creations, as well as their services offered to Clients.
ARTICLE 4 BIS
Order Tracking and Customer Service
The Platform provides Clients with detailed tracking of the status of their order, including validation, production and delivery stages. A dedicated customer service is available to answer questions and support Clients in their journey.
Compliance with Terms of Use
Clients and Professionals undertake to use the Platform in a loyal manner and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 5 β Right of withdrawal benefiting the individual consumer Client
The individual consumer Client recognizes and expressly accepts that the right of withdrawal is excluded in application of article L.221-28, 3Β° of the Consumer Code according to which said right of withdrawal is not admissible in matters of contracts for the supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
ARTICLE 12 β Personal Data Protection
Data Collection and Use
The Platform collects and processes Users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.
The Jedid application may collect facial data solely for the purpose of allowing users to virtually visualize their clothing creations on digital models. This data is collected optionally and with the explicit consent of the user.
Processing Purposes
The collected data is intended for:
- Execution of reservations and management of commercial relations
- Improvement of service quality
- Establishment of commercial statistics
- Personalization of user experience
Biometric Data and Facial Recognition
Facial data collected is used exclusively for:
- Generate virtual visualizations of clothing on the user's face
- Improve the clothing personalization experience
No other use is authorized without explicit consent.
Important: The Platform does not collect, process or store any biometric or facial recognition data. Virtual visualization features use only generic digital models and do not require any analysis of users' faces.
User Rights
In accordance with GDPR, Users have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that data is processed and access it
- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: delete data under certain conditions
- Right to limitation: limit processing in certain situations
- Right to portability: receive data in a structured format
- Right of opposition: oppose processing for legitimate reasons
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making

Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data is based on:
- User consent
- Contract execution

Retention Period
Facial data is kept only for the time necessary to generate the visualizations requested by the user, and is automatically deleted after use, unless explicit user consent for extended retention.
Cookies and Trackers
The Platform uses cookies only with user consent. These cookies allow:
- Technical operation of the site
- Improvement of user experience
- Realization of traffic statistics
Users can configure their browser to refuse cookies.
Data Transfers
In case of data transfer outside the European Union, the Platform ensures that appropriate guarantees are in place (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision, etc.).
Data Security
The Platform implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

ARTICLE 12 BIS β Data Security
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their identifiers and passwords. Any activity performed on an account is deemed to be carried out by its holder, except proof to the contrary of fraud.
Security Measures
The Platform implements advanced security measures to protect User data, including encryption of sensitive data and access monitoring.
Breach Notification
In case of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Platform will notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform the users concerned without undue delay.
ARTICLE 13 β Applicable law and jurisdiction
All clauses appearing in these general terms and conditions of sale will be subject to French law as well as to the competent jurisdictions located on the national territory.
ARTICLE 14 β Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Users have necessarily taken note of these general terms and conditions of sale before using this Site, and consequently, they are deemed to have accepted them in their entirety and without reservation. The Platform reserves the right to modify, update or correct these general terms and conditions of sale if necessary, in order to take into account legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential and/or technical developments.
These general terms and conditions of sale are deemed to be read, understood and accepted in their entirety by the User.
